Join Sex educators Matie Fricker and Lacey Stewart, LPCC in a skills-based class on embracing and supporting your sexual self after trauma.

In this class we will discuss:

• What "triggers" are and how to recognize and support them

• Grounding exercises - Skills to create a toolbox of options to respond to trauma

• Talking to partners about your trauma and sexuality

• Identifying what your personal needs are for intimacy

In this class we will not disclose our personal traumas. This is not a therapy group but we will have resources available if that is what you are looking for in your healing journey.
