Product Details

The smartball teneo uno balls are a Self Serve favorite for fun sexercise equipment.  These kegel exercise balls are a great weight and size for people just starting out with kegel exercise, who have a tilted uterus, or who have no uterus. Why?  Doing kegel exercises tones your pc muscles - helping you stay healthy, prevent incontinence, gain stronger orgasms, and help put a fun squeeze on your partner during penetrative sex!

Here's how they work: There’s a small interior ball inside that rolls around. When it hits the side of the toy, it sends a tiny ripple of vibration through your pelvic muscles that make them tense a little involuntarily. This is how these toys can help you exercise without having to think about it.

The tapered design and inverted hollow at the bottom of the ball helps you easily insert it, and the retrieval loop helps you remove it. Starting at home is always a good idea!ﾠ Then perhaps wear one of these while doing chores, at the gym, or out dancing. Definitely use lubricant when inserting these toys.  It makes it so much easier and more pleasant.

Please note that doctors and medical personnel diagnose weak pelvic floor issues and many symptoms of a weak pelvic floor are the same as having a pelvic floor that is too tense. If you are looking to correct symptoms that may have a medical basis, we urge you to see a professional first.
