Unlike many dildos, O Captain! sits at more than a right angle. If you put it on its base, the tip points to 1:00 with the balls out towards 7:00. This can make a good angle for strap-on sex or backing up to the toy from all fours. If you are putting O Captain! in a harness, you’ll probably need to put the O ring on the shaft before the balls. The suction cup base is very flexible.

Silicone is sterilizable. Wash it for 3 minutes in warm, soapy water and you’re done! Or boil it for 3 minutes to achieve the same thing. Only use silicone toys with water based lubricant because silicone and many oil based lubricants will break down the material of the toy.
